Apparently you are stupid. Maybe before you start killing players that are white, you could have possibly considered that you might be ****ing them off.

No, you idiot. Red means they are hostile, white means they are NEUTRAL.

So why the moaning about losing a ship. And, I just looked up what a buzzard was. Its amazing I was even able to catch it with a punisher and kill it. He should have cloaked or something when he saw me, yes?
No. The Providence holders coalition are normally very nice people.... except when ******s like you come in and start blowing up random people and think you won't face any consequences.

Providence is a region of EVE systems located in in the middle of the ``south'' of New Eden. This region borders empire space. It is currently under the control of an alliance called CVA.
It sounds like CVA follow a ``Not Red, Don't Shoot'' policy - that is to say that CVA and all law-abiding citizens of CVA's systems will not engage pilots who have not shown any aggressive tendencies towards them. As somebody who is white to CVA, you would be free to roam about their space and rat/mine/whatever (presumably; I don't know the specifics of their rules).
However, CVA is accusing you of firing upon a law abiding citizen in their space without provocation. They are trying to be understanding (not everybody knows their rules) and giving you an opportunity to pay for the damage you caused.
The alternative is being added to their Kill-on-Sight list. That means you will no longer be welcome in CVA's territory - the systems in Providence - and CVA/their allies/law abiding citizens of Providence will destroy your ships and pod you if they find you, whereas they normally would not.
I take it that being on CVA's kill on sight list is bad? Does that mean I will be on every alliances kill on sight list? It just seems so blown out of proportion to me.
You killed someone, what did you expect?
And yes, if you aren't trolling, if you ever enter that region of space again everyone will try to kill you.

I can't express how desperately I hope this turns out to be legit, simply because it is absolutely hilarious and would be made even more so if it was real.

I refuse to let this die. It is far too hysterical. The killmail would seem to imply validity, but I have a hard time believing that anyone could be so utterly clueless

Well obviously its just a troll, what I think makes the troll obvious in this thread is her pretending to not understand why people would be ****ed when she blows them up. But feeding trolls is fun. So.
Yes you CAN shoot anything you like in null-sec, according to the game mechanic, but CVA, the ruling alliance in Providence, has set up a safe zone, where everyone who isn't an enemy of the CVA or one of their allies is welcome. Shooting neutral pilots in there (Which is what you did!) gets you branded a criminal by CVA. So if you go there again they'll happily take revenge.

CVA are traitors to the empire, and traitors to average citizen. Do not support them or their products and stations.
So, you say kill everything in Providence then?
Yes, please take your Punisher and try it, then come back and tell us how it went.

I think its intensely ironic that MY IQ is being criticized when
1. You had no idea what the difference between Red and White ships were
2. I never had to have someone explain to me what "KOS" stood for.
3. You didn't understand the second eve mail, which was quite clear and specific
4. You actually went to Providence, but claimed not to remember doing so in the chat.
5. You have a hard time comprehending that blowing people up ****es them off
6. You attacked a buzzard without even knowing what it was
7. You actually thought that 0.0 was space where you could kill whoever you wanted, without any consequences.
Ok, here's my constructive criticism. Go back to your starter zone and run the damn tutorial mission story lines.

... Plus, you seem to be one of the whiners that don't like to get blown up. Its not like I meant any malice by it, I was just playing the game. And, why on earth would I know what KOS meant when I never heard it until today?
I guess you are one of the ones who don't mind getting blown up, and feel it is just the way people play the game. If so, why in the world would you complain about CVA threatening to blow your ship up?
Why not work hard, get into a battleship, then go back to Providence. See how you feel when you lose the ship that you spent all that time earning the isk for.
If you want to blow up other people's ships, don't complain when they do the same.
Oh,don't get me wrong, I could care less if they caught me and blew up my ship. I found that I enjoy roaming and killing stuff. I was just amazed at the audicity of them attempting to extort 35 million isk out of me. I mean, I've plaid three weeks. Where am I going to get 35 mil isk?
Well, thats another one of the indicators that your a troll. You pretend to not understand that someone would be upset and want restitution when you blow up his expensive ship.
And if you really "couldn't care less" about getting blown up, I'm betting you'll be burning out and quitting in a fairly short time.
